Its Easy to Shop Duty Free prior Departure:

1.       Place your order online up to 24hrs in advance (if departing out of Nadi) and up to 72hrs hours (if arriving into Nadi)

2.       Enter your flight details & pay for your order.

3.       Your order will be delivered to you onboard your designated Fiji Airways flight.

4.       Confirm receipt of the items by signing the Pre-order form attached to the bag.

5.       Returned the signed form to our cabin crew.

Note:     Pre-order service is available for selected Regional & International Fiji Airways flights inbound & outbound Fiji. Duty Free is not available on ATR (Fiji Link) flights

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

·  Flight changes and cancellations must be advised at least 48 hours prior to original date of departure.

·  Transit passengers have restrictions on the carriage of LAG’s (liquids, aerosols and gels) due to aviation security reasons. Such regulations and restrictions change from destination to destination, please check with our cabin crew for further information. Fiji Airways is not responsible for items confiscated, broken, or damaged after purchase

·   Some items may not be available due to space limitations. If you are unable to purchase your selected product due to unavailability, please accept our apologies.

·    The sale of duty free items will not be available when the “Fasten Seat Belt” sign is on.

·    Passengers under the age of 18 will not be entitled to purchase Cigarettes and Alcohol.

·     Discount on Pre-order does not apply for Liquor and Tobacco categories
